  • Acting for private lender in connection with EDC insured loans to various international borrowers
  • Acting for lender in various aircraft financings
  • Acting for a lender syndicate providing restructured financing for General Motors Place Arena and the operations of the Vancouver Canucks NHL hockey team
  • Acting for Schedule III Bank and Crown Corporation in $110 Million financing facility for major farming and agriculture operations
  • Acting for lender syndicate providing financing for the spin off and acquistion of all non-core assets of Terasen Gas
